Location
Stanford Powwow is located in Eucalyptus Grove, found next to the Galvez Lot and across from Stanford Stadium.

Camping & Parking Passes
We offer Single- and Multi-Day parking passes, as well as
Pre- and Day-Of camping passes.

* For all campers, please note that shower access will be available Saturday & Sunday 9am-12pm at an athletic facility nearby *

We offer a variety of accessible services, in order to ensure that all attendees can enjoy Powwow to the fullest extent possible.

Parking
Guests with state-issued disability-parking placards or plates may park in Galvez (Parking) Lot for accessible parking (see our Accessible Parking map in the next section of this page for more details).
In case of Accessible Parking reaching full capacity: all guests needing easier access to the powwow grounds may use the Drop Off location (indicated in our parking map) to drop off guests before parking.

Seating
The first row of all seating areas will be reserved as accessible seating.

Complimentary Sensory Tools
To accommodate any guests with sensory sensitivities, we welcome all guests to use our complementary earplugs and fidget tools available at our volunteer registration booth.

Service Animals
All service animals are welcome at powwow!

However, pets and emotional support animals are restricted by the University from on-campus public spaces.
On-campus public spaces include: dining areas, athletic venues, performance spaces and more.​

Camping Pass
The pass includes 1 tent and 2 car limits at each campsite, allowance of either an RV or Travel Trailer, and shower access. ​

For the camping schedule:
Check-ins and registration will be 5 pm - 10 pm on Friday
and from 10 am - 8 pm on Saturday
There will be no check-in or registration on Sunday
- If you are looking to be at the grounds outside of these times, you either must wait or hope there is a committee member able to register you at the time.

For safety reasons, fires of any kind are prohibited on Powwow grounds. This includes barbecuing and campfires.

Drugs and alcohol are prohibited on Powwow grounds.

If you are found disobeying any of these policies, we will ask you to leave the event with no promise of refund.
